

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant
to join our team!
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Taking bookings and collecting payments for the truck wash
- A/R and A/P processes for both Highway 9 Ag & Top Notch
- Data Entry (Entering Dispatching Orders)
- Ensuring filing and records are up to date
- Payroll
- Supplies runs or mail runs as needed
- Assisting other staff as required
- Other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must possess a high level of attention to detail and be able to transfer information over with 99% accuracy.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team
- Previous experience in the agriculture or transportation industries is an asset.
- Previous experience with Marketing is an asset.
- Experience with Axon Truck Dispatching Software and Microsoft Excel is an asset
- Reliable Transportation is a must (as we are located 3 kms from City Limits)
